I'm walking by the line
Not here, but in my mind.

Hey sistah, how are you?
Did Across the Universe come out on video over there already? I got it a few days ago and am watching it right now! :D
Anyway, I've been thinking about musicals a lot...which ones are your favorites? Which ones do you have?

Oh my gosh, why did I NEVER respond to this? I saw it but I never registered it. Oh gosh, it's been like a month. Oh my, I'm so sorry!

Buuuut, well, as you should know, yes, Across the Universe is out and I watch it all the time and listen to the soundtrack ALL THE TIME. I'm so on love with it. But my favorite musical, oh man, I don't even know...Rocky Horror? Little Shop of Horrors? Bye Bye Birdie? I'm not sure, they're all so good. But I don't have very many musicals in my collection, most of them are recent ones, like Moulin Rouge, Rocky Horror, uuuum, I can't think of the others, oh, I have the Tim Burton claymation ones. Yup. I need more musicals.

Which one is YOUR favorite?

Oh, man...all the ones you mentioned are great...And besides those? I like Chicago, Jesus Christ Superstar, though I haven't seen the whole thing, I recently saw Sweeny Todd and that was pretty good. Then I like a lot of movies that aren't actually musicals, but they're centered around music or a musician's life or something, like the Monkees movies, Beatles movies, La Bamba, Selena, Walk the Line...

Anyway, this whole topic was actually brought up because I was looking for a present to buy you for your birthday and I wanted to see what musicals you already own...Eventually my dad decided he wanted to just send money, so that didn't work out, but I'll have this info. for another time, I guess. And don't worry about the lateness, you know I do that all the time :/

Ah, well, you know, that makes sense now. Ha, for my birthday. Oopsies. But I get ya, I love movies based around bands. And I love documentaries, too. I just watched a Bob Dylan one not too long ago and it was so wonderful.

So, anyway, how are you?

Woo, I got your 1,000th page view. That's weird...I should get, like, a trophy for that or something...Anyway, I just thought I'd send my love digitally through a free art website, so...
